Speakers bio

Melissa Killeen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics focusing on Executive Coaching and Leadership Management.

She is an established business consultant, executive coach and team builder with extensive knowledge working with entrepreneurial businesses. Her unique specialty is working with the recovering executive, just emerging from a treatment center or rebuilding their business after several years of sobriety.

Melissa has more than 25 years experience in personal recovery as well as experience coaching and facilitating fruitful interpersonal relationships, e ncouraging executives to maintain critical business relationships, communicating the right messages and building both business and people strategies to optimize business performance.

Melissa is a certified Master Trainer of the LIFO® survey. The LIFO® survey system is owned by Business Consultants, Inc. (BCon), the largest consulting firm in Japan specializing in large-scale selection and development systems. Her LIFO® training focuses groups on assisting the process that enables deeper reflection on becoming high performers in challenging environments.

Melissa is working on a book “The Guide to Recovery Coaching”, scheduled to be released early next year.

Description of session: Content and Outcomes
A seminar focusing on coaching the executive in recovery. Boosting the tools the executive can use to repair the damage the addiction has created. Melissa blends a healthy dose of the 12 steps with the tools that an executive coach has to further the recovery and communications stills of the executive.
