Monique empowers people who empower people.

She founded SoulWorks Coaching in 2000 following 20+ years in the corporate world. Her business background, entrepreneuial experience, coaching skills and soul-centered approach to life give her a unique ability to kick butt without bruising!

In 2009 she founded Diamond Horse Coaching (DHC) taking clients out of the boardroom into the barn, literally, where they get to enjoy self discovery, learn new leadership skills, develop emotional and social intelligence and bask in soul-full connections with horses. Her vision for DHC is to connect people and horses to transform the world.

We will be sharing how to stay motivated as a solo-preneur when personal situations challenge our creativity.

How do you create movement when change of direction is indicated?

We've all had those moments, yes? Maybe even days or weeks when we can't get out of our own way. When coaching and/or being self-employed seems like some absurd idea or even nightmare.

This session is an opportunity to tell it all... your worst experiences being stuck, how you extricated yourself and what you learned.

Monique will share her techniques for getting unstuck that she has gleaned over 10+ years of entrepreneurship.
