She's an inspirational educator and trainer who specialises in working with schools, parents and teenagers to create learning environments that energise and fulfil all who work in them. Susan has worked as an education professional for over 30 years, as a Head Teacher, Consultant and Coach. She has set up ground-breaking projects such as Coaching Champions - where young people from schools in Tower Hamlets in London's East End came together and learned to coach each other and recognise their own and others worth and potential.

Susan has led the Education niche for CTI with Linda Lea for the past 7 years.
