Title of session
Beginner's Mind

Format of session
Seminar (one speaker, quite interactive)

Description of session: Content and Outcomes
Ian Young will be talking about the concept of beginners mind and how you can apply this both in your coaching practise and life. The continuous challenge in coaching is how do we ensure we are fully present with a client and go with what is in the moment with out discounting our own experience, noticing, thoughts and feelings.

The concept of Beginners Mind can support us with this. and take our practice to the next level. Beginners mind supports coaching as a cognitive theory and an embodied sensory practice of knowing. I believe both are important to support and client fully.
