Learning outcomes and points of interest include:
- Understanding an holistic approach to golf coaching i.e. Competition preparation, yearly training plans, parent education and the inclusion of the four LTAD performance pillars; Mental, physical, tactical and technical in their program offerings.
- Revenue generation for coaches (on average could generate triple what they currently make from youth coaching utlizing a complete pyramid of development)
- Realistic Spin off revenues for the club or facility: F&B sales, Club sales, Adult lessons, new members/players and tee time sales = better quality of life for coaches
- Higher frequency of younger more developed talent at each club - yielding over time, many more elite athletes.
- Leveraging current club programs
- Viable solutions of club rejuvenation and sustainability.
The key focus, is building a program that caters to the whole family and all families - a youth based development program is what parents are use to seeing in the other sports they play. We want golf to be one of them.
