Biography: Dr. Ajay Nangalia ACC, coaches corporate executives in India and Asia. He has over 25 years experience as a corporate executive, OD consultant and executive coach. His doctoral and current research interests focus on how executive coaches need to understand the cultural context of the society, and the organizations they work with. He is passionate about creating a global community of coaches who are sensitive to various cultures, and who can adapt to the cultural needs of their clients.
