For planning convenience, the conference has been split into a number of time zones. The coaches who have volunteered to be local Leaders hold the conference for "their" time zone. At the end of each hour the Leader will hand over the baton (= microphone) to the next Leader. Do you feel ready to be a local Leader?

SpinZone overlap - passing on the baton
When two calls immediately follow each other, we shall allow 10 minutes for getting to know the names of coaches and projects in the other time zones, before the next time zone starts its own agenda.
TransZone overlap - breathing space
Where there is space in the planning we shall have a longer overlap, for up to an hour, to allow time for deeper and stronger connections to be made between the coaches and projects in other time zones, sharing Dreams and Visions.
On Call - 24 hours
The Global Coach Conference Team, based in Sweden, will be on call for 24 hours supporting the local Leaders.
