What is it that makes coaches so passionate about coaching?

Is it the opportuntiy of persuading other people? Coaching skills are akin to Leadership and Sales skills. Certainly there are plenty of business coaches who offer their services.

Is it the opportunity of helping other people? Coaching skills are similar to therapy, concelling and other support services. And there are plenty of coaches who work with private individuals, families, non-profit organisations and schools.

Or, is it that coaches have realised how important and simple it is to access their Life Purpose, and want the same for other people too.

Maybe all of the above, and probably more!

I want to hear from coaches all around the world what makes them passionate about coaching, and to share this with others who are beginning to find what coaching is all about.
