It seemed an almost impossible task to set myself... "I will run the next conference around the clock, around the world". I had made the promise in 2010, and we achieved it, sort of.
We certainly ran around the clock and around the world! But only eight hours a day. That was quite an achievement.
When I sat down in April and designed the schedule for the GCC2011 it had sixty two-hour sessions, and that seemed a tall order to fill.
And here we are in July - done! (almost)
The lesson I have learned is. Set huge goals, and expect miracles.
